Thanks very much for my new custom built Vista PC. I have been really pleased about how easy it was to order just what I wanted (even including one component that you don't normally stock) which gave me confidence in Arbico from the start. This contrasts with my experience of talking with Dell advisors who didn't even understand my questions.

The PC was delivered 1 day late-due to the different component I requested, but I was kept informed of what was going on.

On arrival it didn't boot up properly but it was a very simple matter to reattach the hard disk power cable after clear instructions from your member of staff. Since then everything has worked as it is supposed to and I appear to have all the latest drivers installed (partly because of the excellent driver support in Vista I guess).

This is in great contrast to the XP machine from Mesh which I returned before buying this Arbico machine. The Mesh PC arrived with substandard components, PCI components not connected and drivers not installed.

I was also very pleased with the very clear advice I got from your support person when I wanted advice on doing a clean Vista install as a confidence builder for me. I received clear and comprehensive advice and everything went without a hitch.

My experience with Arbico has been brilliant compared to my 6 months of trauma with Mesh.
